Any nice apartments or houses near University of Pittsburgh, in Pittsburgh, PA???? Need one for school. No?
I’m also a music producer on the side of what schooling I will be doing, so I can’t afford to live in a dorm or an apartment where noise will be an issue. I’ve looked at rent.com and other places but didn’t see anything that was worth the money… all really old and crappy.
What a coincidence, since I was in the area not long ago visiting the University of Pittsburgh. Try J.J. Land, an apartment management company, (412) 363-1033. Their properties range from the cheap but bearable to the high end and posh. They have quite a few buildings around Pitt and Carnegie Mellon. Avoid Mozart, which has a reputation among the students for ripping off their tenants.
