2010 is officially over leaving us with the clean slate of 2011, The hardest thing now to do is get back into work and uphold your new years resolutions. January can be a depressing month as our bank Accounts reveal the heavy spending, and are growling stomach keep us in pain from our crash diet’ which many of us fail every year, this isn’t a problem as I’ve come up with a plan which will guide you through the depressive month.
First things First everyone needs something to look forward so book something you can see as a “goal”, maybe it’s Caribbean Holidays? or a music festival?, Perhaps it’s just a weekend on the golf course whatever it is just book yourself a “light at the end of the tunnel”.
Food, it’s outrageous how much we eat over Christmas this is why we need to bury the spoon and stop eating like pigs. feeling in shape and slim Dominican Republic Holidays Feeling fit and in shape.
Get involved in something which will give you an extra purpose such as Gym classes or a book club, doing this will fill up your spare time which usually dampens your spirit.
Give your place a running over! clear out the 2010 cobwebs this will refresh your home and take your mind off of feeling glum, another added bonus is that cleaning is a form of exercise which results in endorphins being released into your brain delivering to you a sense of happiness.
