Flagstaff History: Flag celebrated muddy Fourth of July
From 1886 — Owing to the shortage of mares on their range, the Arizona Cattle Co. will allow their stallions to stand for a few mares in Flagstaff or at their ranch this season. Prices will range from $10 to $35 according to grade. Terms: cash at time of service and the balance when the mare foals.
