Culture And Different Arts!
I thought we might discuss some of the differences and what is so special about some of the surrounding arts and crafts for areas not regularly investigated. Egypt usually gets the most recognition for old art and cultures, but let’s look at something different. It might be a better idea to look into some different and less common art types, and the countries in which the originate from.
- The Maldives, also known as the honeymoon location of the world. Luxury holidays and honeymoons are on course here, but that shouldn’t stop any visitors from going to see some of the different arts and crafts available here? It provides us with a deep look into the Maldivian culture, through the years. Calligraphy is one of the most important parts of Maldivian culture, these calligraphy skills that can be found in mosques and around villages, is past down through many generations. Obviously the Maldivians have to be skilled boats men, which mean their crafting skills when it comes to constructing sea worthy vessels are extremely impressive.
- This is the glorious Caribbean. This is one of the most diverse places to experience different arts and crafts. There is a whole host of variety in cultures throughout the Caribbean countries. There is a mixture of European, African and American, which means a culmination of various different classic, modern and new arts. There are so many skilled carpenters in this beautiful country, and they can create some of the most amazing art forms. This is the glorious Caribbean has become one of those places that is surrounded by tourists, it is one of the greatest places to land straight into another culture, but still have your own surrounding you~This is the glorious Caribbean is unique, mainly because although there are many different cultures here, including the tourist culture, so much for you to experience}.
- This next one is Sri Lanka. This place has been overrun with tourist’s resorts as well, much like the past two. Poverty is still a factor here, and one way they cope with this is to create arty pieces for tourists, and they all still have very strong ancient cultural ties. You aren’t likely to find art like this anywhere else in the world. Everything that they create has been built around the environment, and how it effects their lives. Sri Lanka is very different, and for all these reasons, it makes the art unique and special.
So why not try Sri Lanka holidays, Caribbean holidays or Maldives holidays, to enjoy a completely different aspect of art in a different culture.
