Works as advertized with my Blackberry 8330. Clips to my sunvisor with supplied clip/magnets. Answers and announces incoming calls. Allows you to make voice activated outgoing calls using either the name or number of a contact in your phone book. Downloads your contact list/phone numbers to the unit and announces how many contacts it had loaded. One caveat, if you have secured voice mail or access an account that requires you to enter numbers – I suggest you do not make those calls if you must actually press a number key on your phone. That would defeat the purpose of the “hands-free device.” Otherwise, you can attempt to use the voice activation by calling out your numeric codes (but I wouldn’t be caught shouting out my voicemail password, or bank acct. codes in my car). I’ve also read that some people had problems connecting to the BlueAnt ST3 via bluetooth. I had the same problem also. May I suggest (if you haven’t tried it already), that you power your telephone off completely (not sleep), but kill the power to it. Then power back on and then attempt the bluetooth connection. I must have tried for about 20 minutes w/o any luck until I powered off my Blackberry completely, and then powered it back on. I am so pleased with the unit, I purchased one for my aging mother so that she can make calls when she deems necessary.
